You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 7:00 pm at town offices, 705 Chesham Road, and via zoom* to consider the following:
Kully Mindemann and Wendy Hill, 201 Bonds Corner Road (Map 20 – Lot 36-1), applying for a Special Exception under Articles 6.1.3 and 12.9.1 to construct a garage no less than 25 feet from the nearest boundary of a public right-of-way and within the 50 to 100 foot wetland buffer.
The board may take up any other business that may legally come before it.
