HARRISVILLE TRAILS COMMUNITY HIKE

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2017, 11:00 AM

Harrisville Trails will be leading a community hike to explore the Eliza Adams Gorge. We will meet at the intersection of Brown Road and Chesham Road and then walk up the MacVeagh Road to the trail that leads to the back side of Howe’s Reservoir. There will be time to explore the Eliza Adams Gorge and then continue north on the Monadnock Sunapee Trail to Seaver Road. We will then turn east on the rail trail that ends back at Brown Road.

This is a moderate hike with slight elevation and some uneven footing. The hike is about 4 miles long and should take about 2 hours. Bring snacks and water.

Meet at 11:00 am at the intersection of Brown and Chesham Roads to park cars. If you do not want to hike the complete circle you can leave a car up off Brown Road where the Monadnock Sunapee Trail intersects.
