A Message from the Committee of Arrangements for Harrisville’s 150th Celebration:

The Committee of Arrangements for Harrisville 150th Celebration would like to thank all of our committee members and volunteers for your hard work over the last 2+ years & during the spectacular celebration weekend! 80+ community members -Thank You!

We would like to give special thanks to Pam Wilder & Silver Direct for all of our printing and guidance, Jakob Stone – our MC for the parade, Akhil Garland for sound system Saturday, the Hasz family for flags along the town beach road, Hamshaw Lumber for donating the grand stand, Aldworth Manor for the beautiful venue for the Firemen BBQ, Sherry Sims for gorgeous centerpieces for the BBQ, Brown House Bakery – Cheryl Moschan for making the rolls and corn bread and letting us use her kitchen, Pickadilly Farm for donating all of the lettuce and cucumbers for the salad (they are accepting CSA shares for 2023), Chief Derosia & his team for cooking the chickens & pulling off an amazing fireworks show just before the storm hit town!! What an ending!! Last but not least thank you to all of our vendors and entertainment for being a part of our celebration.

Available for purchase at the town office: Commemorative books, coins, canvas bags and hats and a couple of glassware sets. Please go to the town office to purchase. We have limited availability of children’s & women’s t-shirts – please email pamthayer@myfairpoint.net to coordinate. The only men’s sizes left are small and 2 X-large.
