Cemetery Board of Trustees

The town’s cemeteries are maintained by a three-member group of elected trustees, who serve terms of three years, with vacancies filled by the Select Board for the remainder of a vacated term.

NH RSA 289:7 outlines the powers and duties of Cemetery Trustees, including to adopt bylaws (regulations), prepare budgets, expend funds in the department’s operating budget and from trust funds held by the Trustees, and prepare deeds of cemetery lots.

As of March 2026 the Cemetery Trustees are Brad Lingham, Nancylee Greiner and Patricia Colony.
