SB approved Select Board Meeting Minutes of January 31, 2019.
SB requests from office staff the missing documents requested for Town Report.
SB noted official correspondence regarding dismissal of lawsuit filed by Thomas Carroll.
SB noted that the DOL case is closed.
SB acknowledged receipt of Safety Committee meeting minutes.
SB acknowledged receipt of NH Department of Health and Human Services notice to Aldworth Manor regarding state and local inspection compliance requirements for commercial kitchen.
Budget/Warrant:
SB continued its work preparing the budget, Warrant and Town Report`. The first budget hearing is scheduled for 7:00 pm on Tuesday, February 12.
Other Business:
Virginia and Edwin Brooks met with the SB to request a contribution to Hundred Nights Shelter. Also submitted was a petition signed by 32 Harrisville residents supporting a donation. Discussion surrounded use of the services by Harrisville residents and the SB’s request that the organization provide such information with any future requests. Subsequently, Jay Jacobs moved to propose a contribution of $750 to Hundred Nights, Inc. for the 2019 budget. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.
