You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Town Offices, 705 Chesham Road, to consider the following:
Jason and Emily Golden, 241 Skatutakee Road (Map 20 – Lot 57), applying for a variance under Article 15.13.2. of the Harrisville Zoning Ordinances to construct an open deck within 50 feet of the highwater mark. The property is in the lakeside district.
Don and Kathleen Scott, 144 Main Street (Map 30 – Lot 63), applying for a special exception under Article 5.4.1. to construct an addition to a primary dwelling on a nonconforming lot. The property is in the village residential district.
The board may take up any other business that may legally come before it.
