 LEGAL/PUBLIC NOTICE

You are hereby notified in accordance with RSA 676:4 that an application for a Boundary Line Adjustment for Map 30 – Lot 32-3, owned by John Alexander Cucchi, and Map 30 – Lot 32-1, owned by Matthew Martini and Dana Paige Young, will be formally considered for completeness by the Planning Board on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Harrisville Town Offices during a regular meeting of the Board.

Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Harrisville Subdivision Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and move directly into Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal.  If necessary, the board may continue the hearing as needed.

A copy of the proposed boundary line adjustment is on file in the Town Offices for review during regular business hours.
