You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Town Offices, 705 Chesham Road, to consider the following:
Paul Rogers & Deborah Heath-Rogers Revocable Trust, 5 Pond Road (Map 51 – Lot 21), applying for a special exception under Articles 5.3.3 and 9.1.6. of the Harrisville Zoning Ordinances to rebuild an existing nonconforming camp in the lakeside district, expanding the structure parallel to the shoreline by a total of 516 square feet.
The board may take up any other business that may legally come before it.
