You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 6:30 pm for a site visit at 788 NH Route 137 and at about 7:00 pm at the Town Offices, 705 Chesham Road, to consider the following:
Chad & Ashley Tucker, 788 NH Route 137 (Map 10 – Lot 27-4) – Applying for a special exception under Article 12.9.4. of the Harrisville Zoning Ordinances to construct a garage within the 100-foot wetland buffer and for a variance under Article 6.1.3. to locate the garage within the 40’ side setback. The property is in the Residential/Agricultural district.
The board may take up any other business that may legally come before it.
