You are hereby notified that the Harrisville Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 705 Chesham Road, to discuss the following:
HDC 2025-1, Gretchen Thompson, 93 Main Street (Map 30 – Lot 67), applying to install a mini-split unit in the shed, with exterior compressor facing east toward the brook. The applicant also seeks to replace the shed’s deteriorating front door, possibly the only original door (West/Street facing), with a similar barn-style, carriage door of the same height, and requests to either put siding over the larger door opening (South facing) permanently or to install a carriage-style (ie classic 1920s style) door or set of doors at a future date.
The board may take up any other business that may legally come before it.
