You are hereby notified in accordance with RSA 676:4 that an application for a Boundary Line Adjustment for 480 Chesham Road, Map 40 – Lot 49, owned by Wayne & Annala Derosia, and 57 Seaver Road, Map 40 – Lot 21-8, owned by Brian J. O’Neill Revocable Trust, will be considered by the Planning Board on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Harrisville Town Offices, 705 Chesham Road, during a regular meeting of the Board.
Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Harrisville Subdivision Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and move directly into Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal. If necessary, the board may continue the hearing as needed.
A copy of the proposed boundary line adjustment is on file with the Select Board Office for review during regular business hours.
