You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the town offices, 705 Chesham Road, to consider the following:
Newcombe, John T. & Jennie E. Revocable Trust, 82 Westside Road (Map 70 – Lot 3-2), applying for a special exception under Articles 5.3.2. and 5.3.3. to rebuild a one-story camp twenty-six feet further back from the lake. The proposed structure is 26’ by 37’, or 988 square feet, and 701 square-feet larger. It will be two-stories high. The property is in the lakeside district.
The board may take up any other business that may legally come before it.
