Legal/Public Notice

You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Planning Board will hold a Joint Public Meeting and Public Hearing with the Harrisville Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 7:00 pm at Town Offices, 705 Chesham Road, to consider the following:

SRH Farm Food, LLC, 31 Clymers Drive (Map 60 – Lot 55-2), applying for a conditional use permit under Article XXIX of the town’s zoning ordinances to construct a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

Upon a finding by the board that the application meets the submission requirements, the board will vote to accept the application as complete and move directly into Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal.  If necessary, the board may continue the hearing as needed.

A copy of the proposal is on file with the Select Board Office for review during regular business hours. The applicants are required to also appear before the ZBA for zoning relief.

The board will take up any other business that may legally come before it.
