  2. HDC 2023-10, Historic Harrisville, 50 Main Street (The Twitchell House), applying to: 1) replace the existing asphalt roof with architectural shingles and with possible addition of a metal snow belt; 2) install a sub-surface drain on the west side, and 3) reset the front granite step.
  3. HDC 2023-11, Historic Harrisville, Harris Mill Boiler House, 6 Mill Alley, applying to replace the interior oil furnace with an interior propane furnace with two external tanks.
  4. HDC 2023-12, Erin Hammerstedt, 15 Main Street, applying to install a gutter and downspout on the east side of the one-story shed roof.
