You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 7:00 pm at town offices, 705 Chesham Road, to consider the following:

Pamela Worden & Charles Faucher, 153 Skatutakee Road (Map 30 – Lot 51), applying for a Special Exception under Article 5.3.2. to rebuild an existing non-conforming structure and construct a 610 square foot addition with a second story. The applicants also propose to rebuild the existing decks and dock in kind and install new parking areas on the lake side and across the road. The property is in the lakeside district.

Brian & Leslie Bradford, 128 Chesham Road (Map 40 – Lot 13), applying for a special exception under Article 4.1.19. to operate a home-based business offering animal interactions on an appointment basis. The property is in the residential/agricultural district

The board may take up any other business that may legally come before it.
