You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 7:00* pm at town offices, 705 Chesham Road, on the following:
HDC #2023-1, Dean & Kathy Ogelby, 8 Church Street (Map 32 – Lot 17) – Applying to replace 23 existing windows and 3 doors on the main house.
HDC #2023-2, Akhil & Lee Garland, 9 Island Street (Map 32 – Lot 24) – Applying for landscaping modifications in front of the home as a result of replacement of septic system.
*The public hearing will be preceded by a site visit at 6:30 pm at 8 Church Street.
The board may take up any other business that may legally come before it.
