Legal/Public Notice

You are hereby notified in accordance with RSA 676:4 that the Harrisville Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Town Offices, 705 Chesham Road, to consider the following:

William Raynor Estate, 19 Katy Lane (Map 40 – Lot 46), for a two-lot subdivision and boundary line adjustment. The existing 102-acre parcel is proposed to be separated into a 5.8-acre lot to include the existing house and a 97.2-acre lot to be undeveloped at this time. The proposed boundary line adjustment to Map 40 – Lot 46-4, also owned by William Raynor Estate, is to allow for access to the remaining land.

The board will ascertain the completeness of the submitted application. If the board deems the application complete according to the board’s regulations, the board will begin formal consideration of the proposal in a public hearing. If necessary, the board may continue the hearing as needed. A copy of the application is on file at the town offices.

The board will take up any other business that may legally come before it.
