You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Town Offices, 705 Chesham Road, and via zoom to consider the following:
Randall Carmel, 132 Silver Road (Map 51 – Lot 28) for a conditional use permit for a detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) under Article XXIX of the Harrisville Zoning Ordinances. The existing detached garage will be removed. The property is .6-acres in the Lakeside District.
The board will take up any other business that may legally come before it.
