At 7:00 pm, the SB moved and voted unanimously in favor to enter non-public session to discuss personnel matters. At 7:45 pm, the SB moved and voted unanimously in favor to exit executive session.
Budget review
SB reviewed the proposed budget, line by line, and updated estimated expenses, including for building maintenance. The board will reach out to Monadnock Disposal to discuss waste removal and recycling costs. it will take up discussion of road projects at its meeting next Tuesday, January 12, at 9:00 am.
The SB signed the pay warrant in the amount of $29,358.07.
Meeting Schedule
The Select Board will meet Tuesday, January 12, at 9;00 am, Tuesday, January 19, at 9:00 am, and Thursday, January 21, at 7:00 pm. The first Budget Hearing to present the proposed 2021 budget will be held Thursday, January 28, at 7:00 pm at town offices and via zoom. The Select Board also will hold its second public hearing on the Community Power initiative Thursday, the 28th,beginning at 6:30 pm, ahead of the Budget Hearing.
