You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2020at 7:00 pm at the Town Office located at 705 Chesham Road* to consider the following:
Tom and Susan Weller, 124 Main Street (Map 30 – Lot 69-2) applying for a Special Exception under Article 5.2.2 to remove an existing 788 square foot garage and to construct a new, detached, 3-car garage of 40 x 30 square feet with an attached 8 x 10 foot shed. This is a non-conforming lot in the village residential district.
The board may take up any other business that may legally come before it.
