Please advise the Planning Board on how to improve proposed zoning ordinance changes for:

Acessory Dwelling Units, key property definitions, sign ordinance, increasing Impervious Cover.

Also you’ll discuss a proposed new Solar Power ordinance and a potential 2021 wetlands ordinance.
