Documents signed or reviewed:
-SB signed SB Meeting Minutes of 3-28-2019.
-SB signed weekly financials in the amount of $274,130.39.
-SB requests more information regarding the office closing for May 3 and May 6.
-SB acknowledged receipt of the letter of resignation from Jeff Cady the Safety Committee of Jeff Cady, who will continue to serve as Emergency Management Director. SB is interested in discussing the matter further with Mr. Cady and will reach out to him.

Departments, Boards and Committees:

Assessor – SB signed application for tax deferral.

Conservation Commission – SB heard a proposal from Don Scott about a proposed HCC project with Keene State students to design and construct a rain garden on town land to manage rainwater runoff into Harrisville Pond and improve the surface of the boat ramp. SB and Mr. Scott will confirm land ownership and Mr. Scott will discuss proposal with abutters.

Highway Department – SB updated road inventory with Road Agent and signed document to return to the state. Separately, SB received a paving quote from Mitchell Sand and Gravel at a price of $63.55/ton for a total of $130,277.50. SB will request two additional quotes for comparison purposes.

Historic Harrisville – SB will continue its discussion about naming a possible liaison to the Board of HHI.

Town Clerk – SB signed oaths of office for Kathy Scott as alternate SB representative to the ZBA, for Doug Walker to the Historic District Commission, and for Andrea Hodson as alternate SB member to the HDC.

Other business:
Personnel – SB discussed how to correct an error in the withholding amount for numerous paychecks for a town employee. SB will work with Paychex and employee to resolve. SB also discussed general policy related to employee salary , current and future, as well as the possible rescheduling of offices hours and SB meetings, including the last meeting of the month, which is a work session. No decision made.
