SB signed SB Meeting Minutes of 2/21/2019.
SB acknowledged receipt of the DES permit for reconstruction of Chesham pond dam.
Departments, Boards and Committees:
Highway Department – SB approved the Road Agent’s purchase of needed sand at the best price.
Other business:
Preparation for Town Meeting– SB discussed logistics for the day’s events. SB noted that the Town Report should be back from the printer later this week. Copies will be available at Town Offices, the Post Office, the library, the General Store and at Town Meeting. A copy also will be posted on the website.
MacDowell Lake Master Plan– The public hearing is March 20 in Peterborough from 6-8pm at the Town Hall and comments are requested by April 19th
SB reviewed personnel policies and procedures.
