SB signed US Department of Labor Summary of Unpaid Wages.

SB signed SB Meeting Minutes of November 8, 2018.

Select Board approved financials in the amount of $16,732.14.

Regarding the information about the sign on Yellow Wings Road, SB stated there is no sign there now. SB also noted this is not a state road but a town road and requests that the signs made for Sunset Hill Road be made for Yellow Wings Road.

SB acknowledged receipt of the correspondence from Silas Little regarding pending litigation.

Departments, Boards and Committees:
Assessor – SB requests recommendation from Assessor on proposed Avitar Terra Map Agreement.

Code Enforcement Officer – SB noted signed building permits for Nancy Lory of 65 South Road and Harold Wolhandler of 26 Tuttle Lane

Conservation Commission – SB acknowledged receipt of November meeting minutes and correspondence to the ZBA from the HCC in support of Adam Drew’s application.

Highway Department – SB discussed winter sand situation with the Road Agent who will get quotes for the needed amount, estimated to be 1500 yards.

Old Home Days Committee – SB acknowledged receipt of 2019 projected budget in the amount of $1695.00.

Tax Collector – SB acknowledged receipt of the correspondence from Silas Little regarding pending litigation. Separately, SB signed overpayment refund requests.

Trustees of the Trust Fund – SB acknowledged receipt of PDIP Investment Rate/Benefits

Other business:
Common Threads – Kathy Scott will draft an outline for the upcoming issue.

Prospective visit from Jay Kahn – SB proposes December 6 as meeting date if that works with the Senator’s schedule.

CVTC – Ellen Avery from the Community Volunteer Transportation Company met with the SB to request support for the region-wide community volunteer driver organization. CVTC serves on average more than 100 individuals per month and maintains close to 80 active drivers. Following discussion, Kathy Scott moved to accept CVTC’s request for Harrisville to donate $500.00, to be included in the 2019 budget. Jon Miner seconded. All voted in favor. CVTC will send invoice following the 2019 Town Meeting.

At 7:16 pm, SB moved and voted unanimously to enter into Executive Session per RSA 91-A:3,II to discuss personnel matters not appropriate in a public forum. At 7:57 pm, SB moved to exit Executive Session and voted unanimously to seal the minutes. Following discussion of regular business on the agenda, at 9:15 pm, SB moved to enter again into Executive Session per RSA 91-A:3,II to continue discussion of personnel matters not appropriate in a public forum. At 9:32 pm, SB moved to exit Executive Session and voted unanimously to seal the minutes.

The following items were deferred until next week’s SB meeting: City of Keene proposed 2019/2020 fixed cost budget of $1,629.00 for hazardous waste collection; budget request for 2019 from the Selectmen’s Office; drawdown schedule for 2019 paid holidays.
