Members of the public: Ned Hulbert, Mary Day Mordecai

At 7:10 pm, under RSA 91-A:3, II, the SB moved to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing with Mary Day Mordecai and Ned Hulbert issues affecting personnel and the town that would not be proper to discuss in a public forum.  All voted in favor.  SB moved out of executive session at 8:10 pm.

Documents signed and reviewed:
SB voted to approve meeting minutes of November 1, 2018 and November 6, 2018.

SB signed financials in the amount of $29,765.97.

SB initialed NHDRA Tax Rate Breakdown for Harrisville, set at $16.78.

Departments, Boards and Committees:

Assessing – SB signed updated current use application for Leandre Poisson.

Historic Harrisville – SB noted that UL LLC is contracted to perform a field evaluation for the installation of one industrial control panel at 69 Main Street.

Library – Susan Weaver has been informed of contact info for potential flooding in basement.

Planning Board –  SB acknowledged receipt of the agenda for November 14.

Recycling Center – Kathy Scott will contact RC manager about request for dead end sign. SB will continue to consider ideas about decals and charges for recycling fees.

Other Business:
SB unanimously voted to decline the offer from Mr. Schroeder of Tax Exempt Leasing Corp.

SB acknowledged receipt of email regarding resources for senior citizens in NH and information regarding road safety audits.

SB noted it will consider budgeting for new flags and flagpoles for Main Street for 2019.

Regarding Executive Session meeting minutes, SB noted that it voted to seal those minutes at the meeting on October 9, 2018.

Upcoming Meetings:
November 15 – Ellen Avery from CVTC will met with the SB at 7:00 regarding request for funds for 2019.
November 11 – Veterans Day
November 22-23 – Thanksgiving Holiday.
December 25 – Christmas Day.
