At 10:10 AM, Jay Jacobs moved to go into non-public session per RSA 91-A:3,II (a) to discuss employee matters. Kathy Scott seconded. All voted in favor.

At 12:05 pm, SB moved, seconded and voted unanimously in favor to exit the Executive Session and, per RSA 91-A:3, III, to keep the minutes of this session, filed separately, sealed.

Immediately following the Executive Session, SB discussed the operation of the Recycling Center. No decisions were made.
