You are hereby notified that the Town of Harrisville Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting and public hearing on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Town Office located on 705 Chesham Road.


1-Motion for Rehearing.  ZBA will consider the motion, filed by Historic Harrisville, Inc., to rehear the appeal upheld by the ZBA on May 30, 2018 related to HDC application 2018-1, Jason and Stephanie Raynor, 3 Main Street (Map 61 Lot 4). This is not a hearing, but a public meeting at which the ZBA will decide whether to rehear the matter at a future date.

2-Jason and Stephanie Raynor, HDC Application 2018-1, 3 Main Street (Map 61-Lot-4). ZBA, pursuant to Article 11.2.2 of the Harrisville Zoning Ordinance, which requires application of the HDC regulations adopted in March 1969, will hold a hearing to consider the appeal by the Raynors of the Historic District Commission decision of June 27, 2018 denying the Raynor’s application to move and reconfigure 3 Main Street.

The Board will take up any other business that may legally come before it.
