~ SB signed cash disbursements in the amount of $2,531.39.
~ SB signed Meeting Minutes of May 31, 2018.
~ SB acknowledged receipt of letter from Jason and Stephanie Raynor.

Departments, Boards and Committees:
Assessing–SB signed timber tax reportfor Broadvest Corporation, Morgan Whiting and Douglas Viles.

Code Enforcement Officer – Mike Wilder met with the SB to discuss 3 Main Street and to confirm the Raynors require final design approval from the HDC and need to submit detailed plans to him before receiving a building permit. SB agreed this was the proper process.

Conservation Commission– SB requests that the HCC work with the Monadnock Conservancy on their request for boundary markers on the conservation easement and that they locate a copy of the survey previously prepared by Ed Goodrich.

Highway Department– SB will talk to the Road Agent about the need for gravel as well as about repair of culvert on Prospect Street.

ZBA– SB acknowledged receipt of the Special Meeting Minutes of May 30.

Other Business
Old Home Days– SB requests that Angela send to Silas Little a copy of the letter usually sent to residents about parking for Old Home Days. SB asks him to review the letter and determine if it’s legally binding to keep residents from driving in and out of the designated area.

NHMA– SB requests that Angela provide SB with the password to the NH Municipal Association so SB can access online material. SB also requests that Angela order a hard copy of the lecture on “How to Run a Land Use Board Meeting” (see note in bin) for the office files.

Guard rails along the canal– Ranae and David O’Neil met with SB to ask about repair of the guard rails. SB stated that Historic Harrisville is overseeing repairs and they expect they’ll be done before Old Home Days.

Old Fire HouseSB will advertise for bids for roof replacement and confirmed the town will purchase materials for the painting of the building to be done by volunteers.

SB acknowledged receipt of the following: SWRPC Commission Highlights; Primex Best Practices for Prevention; Health Trust Important News about Enrollee Services; NHDOT TAP Grant letter; NHPDIP Tax Receipt Investments and Investment Rate and Benefits: Harris Center Spring Newsletter.
