Zoning Board –SB acknowledged receipt of Meeting Minutes for April 18, 2018
Other Business
Bill Raynor attended to discuss a few matters, first, thanked the board for it service to the town, acknowledging that it is a thankless job. He asked a few questions about the Towns legal counsel. He felt that silas was not acting in a professional manner in representing the town and that is remarks were not those of an unbiased person in the employ of the town. Mr Raynor formally requests that the Board seek to replace town counsel within 6 months. He also asked specifically for notification of action from the Board.
Kathy Scott will respond to Ross Bennett from Golder about the well at the dump that tested greater than recommendations for PFC’s and next steps, closest well to the dump is the highway garage and Wes said the employees don’t drink the water.
NH DES– SB acknowledged receipt of the Routine Roadway and Railway Maintenance Activities Notification from the DOT for culvert replacement on Breed road near Child’s bog
The Board will make an RFP for a new roof on the fire house on Harrisville pond.
