Assessing – Abatement Application for Louis & Melva Velasquez located on 149 Aldworth Manor Road (Map 60, Lot 15-1)
*Application for Current Use for Gary and Lisa Williams, with property located on the Hancock Town Line (Jaquith Road). This is a continuous piece of their lot in Hancock.
Conservation Commission –Agenda for the May 2, 2018 HCC Meeting
*Correspondence between committee members and also John Cucchi.
*John Cucchi emailed the Town in regards to the Conservation Committee and mentions of the Planning Board.
*Letters to John Cucchi, and provided to Town Attorney Silas Little from John Wrigley’s Office regarding Pamela Warden and her Voluntary Merger.
Historic District Commission – Letter received from Town Attorney Silas Little in regards to 3 Main Street and the HDC Application submitted.
Library Trustees – Library Trustees Meeting for April 18, 2018
Memorial Day Service – Request to have a Select Board member present one of the wreathes for the Memorial Day Service
Recycling Center –-The signs ordered last year from NH the Beautiful for the Recycling Center have not been picked up. Someone will have to do this
Select Board – Discussion with employees and privacy
Tax Collector – Payment Agreement for 2014 Property Taxes
Trustees of the Trust Funds – NHPDIP/CSG Investment Rates
Upcoming Meetings:
May 3rd– 7:00 pm John Cucchi will meet with the Select Board to discuss the legal issues with Pamela Worden.
7:30 pm – Jeannie Eastman will meet with the Select Board
8:00 pm – Seth Farmer (and others) will meet with the Select Board to discuss the Street Lights.
May 17th –Laurel Bovine and Mike Lee will meet with the Select Board. No specific time has been set.
May 28th–Town Office Closed for Memorial Day
July 6th–Fireworks Display at 9:15pmwith a rain date of July 8th
July 28th–Pond Association 10-12am
September 11th— Primary Elections at Town Office (Lunch & Dinner)
