Minutes – SB signed Meeting Minutes for March 27, 2018 and March 29, 2018.

Departments, Boards and Committees:
Conservation Commission – Harry Wolhandler attended to request input on Mr. Cucchi’s request to the HCC for reimbursement for legal fees and an appraisal. SB suggested HCC consider the matter at its next meeting when it has had more time to discuss with its members.
Highway Department– SB discussed with the Road Agent a matter previously discussed with a resident concerning an incident during a recent storm. SB will consider appropriate action further.
Historic Harrisville – SB acknowledged receipt of the Letter from Monadnock Alliance for Sustainable Transportation (MAST) to Historic Harrisville acknowledging their eligibility to apply for a Complete Streets grant. SB determined it should be forwarded to the Transportation Commission.
Library Trustees – SB acknowledged receipt of Meeting Minutes for March 26, 2018. SB will meet with trustees at its next meeting.
Planning Board – SB acknowledged receipt of the email regarding Pam Worden’s voluntary merger application and the email from Ned Hulbert regarding John Cucchi’s septic plan and objections to Pamela Worden’s voluntary merger.
Recycling Center – Given the current market for recyclables, SB discussed potential changes in tipping fees and will discuss possible options with the RC Manager and further consider at its next meeting (Angela – please add to next week’s agenda). SB also will discuss with MDS the placement of a plate or board to close any gap between the platform and the containers.
Town Clerk – SB noted list of Updated Elected Officials, Appointed Officials and Town Employees; SB signed Oath of Office for Deputy Town Clerk for a 1-year term.
Other Business:
Eversource – SB noted information regarding customer savings.
NH.GOV – SB acknowledged receipt of NH Community Floodplain Managers Survey.
NH PDIP – SB acknowledged receipt of Bulletin Newsletter for Second Quarter 2018.
SWRPC – SB acknowledged receipt of Commission Highlights and Legislative Bulletin #15.
Upcoming Meetings:
April 10 – Historic District Commission – Site Visit at 3 Main Street at 6:00 pm followed by Public Hearing at 6:30 pm at Town offices
April 12 – Library Trustees will meet with the SB at 7:00 pm to discuss the budget
July 6-8 – Old Home Day Weekend. Fireworks Display at 9:15 pm with a rain date of July 8
July 28 – Pond Association, 10 am – 12 pm
September 11 – Primary Election at Town offices
November 6 – General Election at Town offices
