SB signed weekly financials in the amount of $143,329.06.

SB signed Selectmen Meeting Minutes for December 21, 2017.

SB acknowledged receipt of letter from John Cucchi to Attorney John Wrigley.

SB signed Revised 2018 Paid Town Holiday Schedule.

Departments, Boards and Committees:
Assessing – SB signed proposal from M&N Assessing Services.

Conservation Commission – SB noted the email from Winston Sims regarding the gift from Judy Patton for land on Skatutakee Road.

Highway Department – The SB, on request from the Highway Department for purposes of safety, has determined that the alley behind St. Denis’s Church, being a class VI or private road, is not subject to clearing or maintenance by the town.

Planning Board – SB acknowledged receipt of meeting minutes for December 13, 2017.

Recycling Center – SB will meet with the manager in the coming week.

Tax Collector – SB requests that the Tax Collector suggest any vote that the SB ought to take in her view respecting prepayment of taxes.

Zoning Board – SB acknowledged receipt of meeting minutes for December 20, 2017.

Other Business:
Cheshire County – SB acknowledged receipt of Commissioner’s Proposed 2018 budget.

Mascoma Bank – SB noted Holiday Processing Reminder

NHDES – SB acknowledged receipt of Authorization to Fill Lake Skatutakee Dam and Rulemaking Information Meeting.

NH PDIP – SB noted Investment Rate and Benefits

NHDOT – SB acknowledged receipt of Diesel Grants Funding for Clean Vehicles and FHWA Termination of the Interim Approval for Rectangular Rapid Flushing.
