SB signed weekly financials.
SB signed both copies of the meeting minutes for July 13, 2017.
SB reviewed the heating fuel quotes and will continue to review prior to making a final decision at next week’s meeting.
SB acknowledged receipt of the Silver Lake Association, Chesham and Nelson by-laws.
SB noted that Eversource will stop by the town offices on Friday, July 21 to look into the Town Office and Fire Department wiring related to recent blackouts and power surges in the buildings.
Departments, Boards and Committees:
Common Threads – Andrew Maneval will draft a column for the August / September issue, for which the deadline is July 24.
Conservation Commission – SB noted July 5 Meeting Minutes and the email from Les LaMois to Winston Sims regarding these minutes.
Planning Board – SB noted Meeting Minutes for July 12, 2017.
Recycling Center – SB noted the questions from Phyllis Tarr regarding staff procedures and notifying the SB. SB will contact her about meeting to discuss it.
Other Business:
Anne and John Cucchi met to discuss their property on both Skatutakee Road and Dublin Road. The Cucchis also informed the SB they are seeking legal advice regarding access to the lake from their lower parcel on Skatutakee Road.
SB will talk to Mike Wilder about repairing the railroad bed.
SB was notified that street signs are located on Noel Greiner’s property. Jay Jacobs will speak to Mr. Greiner The Police Chief is aware of the matter.
SB noted emails from Jack Calhoun to Alison Weber and from Alison Weber to the SB regarding the geese and water testing on Harrisville Pond. SB stated David Belknap, as Health Officer, can test the water as necessary and the town will cover the expense.
Fairpoint – SB acknowledged receipt of letter welcoming customers to Consolidated Communications.
NH.GOV – SB noted pavement resurfacing on various roadways.
OEP – SB noted Annual Planning Survey Memo 2017
UNH.EDU – SB noted 2015 FEMA Equipment and Cost Code Rates
