The Harrisville Planning Board held a special meeting at the town office building located on Chesham Road on Wednesday, April 19, 2017.
Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm.
Members present: Ned Hulbert Co-Chair, Andrew Maneval Selectman, Peter Thayer, Nick Colony, Jonathan Miner Selectman Alternate, Noel Greiner (recused)
Members absent: Sherry Sims Co-Chair (recused), Courtney Cox, Ryan Stone Alternate, Craig Thompson Alternate, Heri Tryba
Ned Hulbert stated that the voting members present were Andrew Maneval, Ned Hulbert, and Pete Thayer.
Ned Hulbert moved to temporarily waive the Rules of Procedure regular meeting requirement in order to accept the subdivision application of John and Anne Cucchi. Andrew Maneval seconded. All voted in favor.
The Cucchis submitted the required application information to the PB, including a letter of intent, a list of abutters, waivers, perc test/soil data sheets, contour maps, plat dimensions, soil survey, grading and layout plan, drainage summary report and runoff calculations. The Cucchis stated that the necessary driveway permits were signed by Wes Tarr and are in the Selectmen’s Office. Their application included check payments of $200 to the Town of Harrisville ($100 for each lot) and a check in the amount of $190.80 and a cash payment of $1.55 for abutter notification fees.
Andrew Maneval then moved that, subject to getting the driveway permit from the Selectmen’s Office, the Planning Board accept the application. Nick Colony seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
