At 7:00 pm, Andrew Maneval, pursuant to section RSA 91-A:3(II)(c), moved to go into executive session to discuss personnel matters with the Recycling Center Manager. Jonathan Miner seconded. All voted in favor.
At 7:40 pm, Jonathan Miner moved to come out of executive session. Jay Jacobs seconded. All voted in favor.
Documents signed and reviewed:
SB signed weekly Cash Disbursements in the amount of $8,656.36.
SB signed both copies of the Selectmen Meeting Minutes for March 30, 2017.
Health Trust – SB approved final rates for medical benefit renewal for period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
Departments:
Conservation Commission – SB noted the correspondence from Harry Wolhandler regarding the Warrant Article for the Environmental Protection Funds Account and from Winston Sims regarding the two Warrant Articles of concern, Russell Reservoir and the Colony permit application.
Town Clerk – Andrew Maneval will draft a letter from the SB approving the appointment of Patty Massey as the new Municipal Agent for the Town. SB signed the Wetlands Applications for George and Anne Colony (21 Eastside Road) and for Phil and Kathy Miner (Yellow Wings Road).
Zoning Board – SB noted the Agenda for April 19, 2017.
Other Business:
Federal Training Center – SB acknowledged receipt of OSHA compliance information.
Community Kitchen – SB noted Thank You letter.
Street Lights – Akhil Garland met with the SB to discuss streetlights and to offer assistance.
Eversource – SB noted the scheduled meter change.
