SB signed Weekly Financials in the amount of $8,112.62.

SB Signed Selectmen Meeting Minutes for February 9, 2017.

SB signed 2017 Budget and Warrant Article for Town Meeting.

SB noted Notice of Hearing on February 27, 2017 (John Cucchi vs. Town of Harrisville Planning Board).

SB reviewed All States Asphalt Paving Price for 2017.

Andrew Maneval will draft the Selectboard Article for the Town Report.

Departments:

Building Inspector – SB noted signed Building Permits for Jamie Jayde (642 Hancock Road), Graeme Pendock (70 Hancock Road) and Gary & Julie Gargan (155 Seaver Road).

Conservation Commission– SB noted the email from Winston Sims regarding the Planning Board opposition to the Warrant Article on the Land Conservation Capital Reserve Fund and the email from Winston Sims regarding the ZBA Application review for Aidas Kupcinskas and Kathy and Philip Miner. The SB noted the Draft Special Meeting Minutes for February 13, 2017.

Library Trustees – SB noted Meeting Minutes for February 15, 2017. 

Planning Board – SB noted email from Ned Hulbert regarding rescheduling of meeting and Draft Meeting Minutes for February 8, 2017.

Tax Collector – SB reviewed and signed Notice of Abatement Refund and Credit Applied for Tax Collector.


Other Business:
Dean Ogelby met with the SB to discuss the Employee Retirement Plan, including defining eligibility, vesting schedule and employer contribution. The SB decided that, with respect to the contributed $100K Seed Fund, it would pay a fixed amount of $10K per employee with the balance divided, prorated, based on years of service.

NH DOT – SB received and noted Biennial Inspection of Municipal Owned Bridges.

Charles Michal attended to request the status of his request to rent space in the town barn. The SB committed to meeting with Charles Michal and the Highway Department in April and mentioned the need for a subsequent RFP given additional interest.

Charles Michal shared information about his research and various options to change out the streetlights to energy-efficient LEDs. He shared a draft RFP, which the SB will review. The SB will present additional information at Town Meeting when it addresses the proposed Street Lighting Warrant Article.
