Documents signed and reviewed:

SB signed Weekly Financials.

SB signed both of copies of the continued Selectmen Meeting Minutes of January 12, 2017 and both copies of the Selectmen Meeting Minutes of January 16, 2017.

SB voted to budget the following amounts to Capital Reserve Funds: Roads $75,000; Road Equipment $10,000; Fire Equipment $10,000; Police $5,000; Town Buildings $40,000; Bridges $25,000; Dams $5,000. Total Capital Reserve Fund Budget of $170,000.

SB voted to budget the following amounts for Community Contributions: Home Health Care $2,000; Monadnock Family Services $1,200; American Red Cross $500; Community Kitchen $450; Southwest Community Services $800; Senior Center $200; CASA $500; Big Brothers Big Sisters $600; Samaritans $250. Total Community Contributions $6,500.

SB signed the Bill of Sale for the GMC Fire Truck for $10,000.

Departments:

Beach Committee – SB reviewed proposed Budget for 2017 of $4000.00.

Building Inspector – SB acknowledged signed Building Permit for Dave Webb (Map-30 Lot-20), 64 Venable Road.

Conservation Commission – SB reviewed proposed Budget for 2017 (same as 2016).

Library Trustees – SB acknowledged receipt of Meeting Minutes for January 17, 2017 and Budget and Town Report Information for 2017.

Highway Safety – SB acknowledged receipt of Meeting Minutes for December 13, 2016. 

Planning Board – SB acknowledged receipt of Meeting Minutes for December 14, 2016, Draft Special Meeting Minutes for January 4, 2017, Public Notice for Special Meeting for January 11, 2017 and Draft Meeting Minutes for January 11, 2017.

Tax Collector – SB met with Rennie Timm to discuss Tax Collector Budget for 2017. The SB will review and discuss the Tax Collector’s proposal and get back to her with questions and comments.

SB acknowledged Timber Yield Tax in the amount of $ 2,801.70.

Other Business:

Community Volunteer Transportation Company – Requesting funding for budget year 2017 in the amount $500.00. SB added to 2017 budget preparation file.

Hundred Nights – Requesting funding for budget year 2017 in the amount of $250.00.  SB added to2017 budget preparation file.

Board voted to adjourn meeting and continue Monday morning, January 23, 2017 at 9:00.
