Selectboard signed weekly financials. (Checks totaling $11,795.46)

SB signed both copies of the Selectmen Meeting Minutes for November 10, 2016.

SB acknowledged receipt of documents from Lane & Bentley, including the Original Agreement to Transfer Title to Aldworth Manor Road, the copy of the recorded Partial Release of Mortgage, and the Original Quitclaim Deed.
Departments:

Building Inspector – SB acknowledged receipt of signed Building Permit for Jim Horwitz and Amy Zolit of 662 Route 137 (Map-10 Lot-14 and the signed Building Permit for Historic Harrisville, 119 Main Street (Map-30 Lot-65).

 Cemetery – SB signed three Authorizations to Transfer Funds to the Cemetery Maintenance Trust in the amounts of $130.00, $250.00 and $125.00

Common Threads – Andrew Maneval to draft a column for Common Threads. Deadline is Monday November 21, 2016.

Fire Department – Andrew Maneval will sign Medical Resource Hospital Agreement.

Recycling Center – SB agreed to the upcoming Holiday hours for the Recycling Center as follows: Friday, December 23, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday, December 24, 7:00 am – 12:00 pm (gates close at 11:45 am); Friday, December 30, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday, December 31, 7:00 am – 12:00 pm (gates close at 11:45 am).

Other Business:

The SB met with Laurel Boivin and Paul Hausmann from Eversource to discuss options for converting the town’s outdoor lighting (OL) to LED. Eversource submitted information to the SB regarding the town’s current OL usage and costs, options for and estimated costs of conversion, potential vendors for fixtures and installation, and estimated energy costs following conversion. Eversource recommends installing a test light. They also explained the statewide rebate program, which is regulated by the state PUC. Jay Jacobs stated that the town would likely put out an RFP and present a proposal to residents at the March Town Meeting. Eversource will get back to the SB with information on Keene’s test installations, as well as information on RFPs, contacts in other NH towns that have converted, estimated fixture costs, and estimated depreciation on Harrisville’s current “fleet” of streetlights.

SB acknowledged memo from the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission regarding Historic Harrisville’s hydroelectric project.

SB acknowledged receipt of New England Document System information.

SB canceled its November 24th meeting (Thanksgiving) and will meet again on December 1st.
