Selectboard confirmed receipt of correspondence from John Cucchi.
Tax Collector – Rennie Timm met with the Selectmen at 7:00pm to discuss payment plans and potential court actions. She will be obtaining certain other information for discussion October 20.
Selectboard asks Angela Hendrickson to find out if the town has a relationship with a carpenter and, if not, can she explore one. The board authorizes reallocation of funds in the tax collector’s office from training to office supplies.
Building Inspector – Selectboard reviewed approved Building Permits for Harriet Baldwin (Map-21 Lot-10), Paul & Julie Meneghini (Map-31 Lot-17), Occupancy Permit for Abby & Michael Quigley (Map-40 Lot-9) and Richard & Kristen Hill (Map-71 Lot-9).
Conservation Commission – Selectboard received report on Lake Host Program Part #2.
Select board reviewed correspondence from Winston Sims.
Health Officer – Selectboard received memo that the display at the spring located on town property is rotting and needs to be replaced. Mr. Jacobs noted, again, that this is not a “town spring” and the Town does not stand behind it nor in any way guarantee the water quality there.
Library – Selectboard reviewed the concern that the lights on the corner of the roof of the Library have been going on and off and are not working now and that the spotlights are out as well and asks Angela Hendrickson to contact the town electrician.
Master Plan Sub Committee – CIP Recommendations from the Planning Board
Planning Board – Selectboard acknowledged receipt of Meeting Minutes for August 10, 2016.
School Board – Selectboard acknowledged receipt regarding Special Meeting for Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
Town Clerk – Selectboard acknowledged receipt of Town Clerk’s memo regarding updating Definitions and General Provisions of the current Zoning Regulations. Select Board invited the Town Clerk to attend November 3 Select Board meeting to discuss.
Select Board acknowledged Zoning Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday October 19, 2016.
Fire Department – Selectboard asks Angela Hendrickson if town has a working advertisement for the sale of the fire truck.
Selectboard acknowledged request to support Monadnock Family Services in the amount of $1,201.00 and will add to the 2017 budget file.
Selectboard acknowledged receipt of kickoff of Monadnock United Way Campaign.
Selectboard received request for contribution to Community Volunteer Transportation Company and will add to the 2017 budget file.
Selectboard received the draft of Drought Emergency Relief Tips and approves of their posting.
SWRPC – Selectboard received Commission Highlights
