Selectmen signed Selectmen Meeting Minutes for September 15, 2016.
Select Board reviewed and acknowledged receipt of the Town of Harrisville Hancock Road Speed Studies.
Select Board noted the correspondence regarding the certification issues for Josh Velasquez’s property. The Select Board stands by its previous decision regarding the status of this issue.
The Select Board reviewed the waiver agreement regarding Aldworth Manor Road. Select Board requests that Shane Long speak with his attorney regarding a document that will permit the waiver agreement to be applied to the properties by way of endorsement to the deeds.
Departments:
The Select Board reviewed the building permits approved and signed for Judy Ferraro (25 Seaver Road) and Richard Grant (20 Nelson Road).
Regarding Best Management Practices Rule for Groundwater Protection, the Select Board acknowledged receipt and requests that Angela Hendrickson forward a copy to the Road Agent and the Conservation Commission.
Planning Board – Regarding the 2017 Planning and Land Use Regulations and CD for $16.00 each, the Select Board noted the cost. Select Board acknowledged receipt of the PB Meeting Minutes for August 10, 2016.
Tax Collector – Select Board requests that, prior to coming in on September 26, the tax collector review the status of any significantly delinquent tax properties.

Health Trust – Select Board acknowledged receipt of Public Hearing Notice for October 4, 2016 at 9:30pm
The Select Board noted the information from Eversource regarding the low level aerial patrols of transmission rights-of-way on Thursday September 22nd and Friday September 23rd, 2016.
The Select Board noted the 27th Annual Public Sector Labor and Employment Law Review and Update on October 20, 2016.
Southwest Region Planning Commission – Fall Meeting and Brownfield’s Forum for Tuesday October 11, 2016. The Select Board noted.
The Select Board requests that Dean Ogelby and Pat Putnam attend Select Board Meeting of Thursday, September 29th. Jon Miner to contact Mr. Ogelby and Mr. Putnam to request information for next week’s meeting to present sample numbers for comparison basis.
Charles Michal attended and asked if the Town is interested in considering renting a portion of the old Town Barn for an automobile restoration business. He asked if there is, or if there could be, available space. Andrew Maneval asked if the town would be interested in being a landlord. Jay Jacobs raised the issue of what the town’s long term interest in the garage is. The Select Board all agreed that the board should address this question and the long term facility needs of the police and fire departments.
