PJD Septic Bill: Silver Lake pays $165.00 and the Town pays $150.00 (is this ok to pay?) The board agrees to pay the amount.

The board received the Mortgage Deed with Power of Sale for the purchase of 119 Main Street, received from Linda Willette for Historic Harrisville

The board signed the Chabott Coal & Oil Pre-Buy Agreement for the 2016-2017 heating season. (2 Highway Garages, Town Office, Police Department)

The board signed the Rymes Pre-Buy Agreement for the 2016-2017 heating season (Fire Department & Library)

Department Items

Lake Skatutakee Association: The board reviewed the Treasurers Report and Agenda for the meeting scheduled for July 16th at 10am.

The board asks Angela to call Rick Stone or Eric Johnson to put bathroom fans in at the town offices. We also need a painter to paint the bathrooms.

Other Business

Select board met with MaryAnn Noyer regarding the open select board recording secretary position.

Winston came in to meet with the selectboard regarding Harrisville wetlands mapping.

Wes is going to repair the boat launch as best he can and get a sign that says no blocking the launch. Are there any updates regarding Child’s Bog Boat Launch.

Wes also reported that July 19th, the Seaver Reservoir Road will be reopened. The chip paving will begin on the Hancock road on Wednesday July 20th.

The board reviewed the NH DRA — Vicky Ayer from the NH Dra is the Town of Harrisville’s Municipal Property Division representative. She is replacing Joann Tramontozzi who retired early 2016.

The board needs more info – Monadnock Child Advocacy Center – Requesting $500.00 for 2017 budget
